This image shows scarring created by the jaws of the Ridgid 300 vise that was imporperly tightened during threading operations. In contrast to the previous images, these burrs were repaired with a file. Reparing the burrs are a matter of safety that eliminae sharp edges on the outside of the pipe. No deductions will result if the outside diameter of the pipe is repaired as shown here.
