The Electricians Technology Program provides a strong electrical/electronics foundation necessary to meet the increasing technological demands of the electrical trade. Designed for an individual interested in becoming a licensed electrician, this program provides the 576 hours of education needed to meet the licensing requirements of the State of Maine. This is a part-time evening program and will take at least two years to complete.  On average it takes most students 3 to 4 years to complete.

Upon successful completion of the diploma program, the State of Maine Electrician Examining Board will allow the student to sit for the journeyman's examination. The Electricians Technology Program also can be used to meet the educational requirements for various limited electrician licenses.

A number of these courses are also offered online.  Click here for more information regarding our online classes.
